Yes, that is a sketch of Spock.
Yes, I like Star Trek. The movie was absolutely wonderful. I never even liked Star Trek before I saw it. Now I'm determined to see the original series and everything else. I want to be a fan, and not the kind that sees a movie and claims fandom. I know, it does not look like Leonard Nimoy or Zachary Quinto. That was not the object of the drawing. Merely to capture an image that resembled the character of Spock. It's probably closer to Leonard Nimoy, though. (This person hearts the Zachary Quinto version, though.) I do want comments. Feel free to make them. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Also, having to draw portraits for my art class this last year really helped. I had to draw myself for one of them, and then for another one I drew Jared Leto. I dislike how Jared turned out, but I like the picture of me. *laughs*
